We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give us, for the following purposes:

You are not required to provide your data, but if you do not provide the details marked as required we may be unable to respond to your enquiry.
3. Marketing communications
We only send marketing or promotional messages if you have ticked the optional marketing consent box. You can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing info@solutionbright.in or using any unsubscribe link we provide. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
4. Cookies and analytics
This website may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and Google reCAPTCHA to protect our form from spam and abuse. These services may set cookies and process your IP address and usage data. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We show a consent banner on your first visit: Google Analytics loads only if you choose "Accept all", and never if you choose "Essential only". reCAPTCHA is used only to keep our forms secure.

We do not transfer personal data to any country or territory restricted by the Government of India for such transfers.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your request and to meet legal or record-keeping requirements - typically for up to 24 months after your enquiry is closed, unless a longer period is required by law. After that, we delete or anonymise it.
